REFLEKSIV YONDASHUV ASOSIDA BO‘LAJAK BOSHLANG‘ICH SINF O‘QITUVCHILARINING PEDAGOGIK KOMPETENTLIGINI RIVOJLANTIRISH
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada refleksiv yondashuv asosida bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik kompetentligini rivojlantirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari yoritilgan. Refleksiv yondashuvning ta’lim jarayoniga samarali integratsiyasi, uning bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy rivojlanishiga ijobiy ta’siri hamda zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar asosida qo‘llaniladigan usullar va vositalar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, refleksiv jurnallar, o‘z-o‘zini baholash, peer-reflection, pedagogik vaziyatlar tahlili va portfel texnologiyalari orqali bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning didaktik, tarbiyaviy, kommunikativ va refleksiv kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish yo‘llari asoslab berilgan.
