UMUMTA’LIM MUASSASALARINI SAMARALI BOSHQARISHDA RAQAMLA TA’LIM TEXNOLOGIYALARINI O‘RNI VA AHAMIYATI
Abstract
Maqolada bugungi global axborotlashuv sharoitida maktab ta’limini boshqarishning transformatsiyalashuv jarayonlari tahlil qilingan. Tahlillar asosida maktab direktorining “strategik moderator” va “raqamli yetakchi” sifatidagi yangi qiyofasi, shuningdek, ERP va LMS tizimlarining ta’lim ekotizimiga integratsiyalashuvi masalalari yoritilgan hamda raqamli mexanizmlarning joriy etilishi ma’muriy vaqtni optimallashtirishi, inson omili bilan bog‘liq xatolarni nolga tushirishi va qaror qabul qilish tezligini bir necha barobar oshirishi statistik ma’lumotlar bilan isbotlangan. Shuningdek, ma’lumotlar tahlili (Big Data) va dashbordlar yordamida ilmiy-tahliliy boshqaruvga o‘tishning afzalliklari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.
