This article examines the role of a multimodal approach in developing the intellectual potential of preschool educators. It analyzes how integrating various modalities-visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and digital – enhances educators’ cognitive abilities, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The paper highlights strategies such as contextualized training, multimodal modeling, project-based learning, and the use of interactive tools to foster professional growth and motivation. Practical recommendations are provided for incorporating real-life scenarios, sensory activities, collaborative projects, and digital platforms into educator training programs.
